The book gradually goes over the process of how to prepare for large projects, the difficulties of these large projects, and the adversity others may show you will you are leading. He weaves in personal experiences with real life illustrations to solidify his points. The book is well written and concise with Scripture through out every chapter. It can some time read as a commentary of the book of Nehemiah. I personally enjoyed his examples and on how to deal with conflict in as a role of authority. I would recommend this book for leadership in ministries and churches.
About Author: Dr. Chalres Swindoll is an accomplish author and pastor. He is well educated individual who has graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary. He holds four honorary doctorate degrees from various universities all over the United States.
