John Maxwell writes strong and methodical book on how to be a successful leader. Every chapter is a different Law that is taught. Each law has a illustration that it is based off of and is carried through out the whole chapter. Mr. Maxwell uses his vast amount of experience in leadership and in his personal life to bring each law to life. The style of the writing makes it a great book to study for a group of leaders and has a companion video. All Laws that he presents may have a biblical point that can be shown in the Bible, but the author does not use Scripture as the basis of his books in order to make it palatable for non-believers. I would recommend this book to leaders only if they will follow it up with a Bible study on leadership.
