Right with God

By: Ron Mehl
Part of a series of short books to be practical use for any Christian this book is a simple read. Mr. Mehl shows how each of the ten written commandments reflect to today's world. He uses words and concepts that do not require hours of study before understanding. The author is concise and each chapter is a short study on one commandment. His theology presents the concept that each commandment has a direct relation to today. The book is relatively inexpensive and a great gift for new believers. It comes in a small hard cover book which makes it a good stocking stuffer for Christmas. Out of all ten commandments their is one not directly mentioned in the New Testament, which is the Sabbath. The author is less dogmatic in this chapter yet still presents the idea that it applies today. I would suggest this reading to people new in the faith with a spiritual leader guiding them through the book. I would not suggest this book to people who already have a clear understanding of the commandments because there other books in the market that would help progress their understanding.
